Ride with significant hills, mostly on back roads, through to the Spit, Arabanoo Lookout, North Head/Old Man‘s Hat. Return via Manly Vale and Spit. Minimal regrouping.
Every month the Bike North Committee meets to review the past month‘s activities, plan future activities and discuss matters relevant to members and the Club.

Ride via Silverwater br & Granville. Stretch out to Chester Hill, then back to Parramatta for coffee. Return via M4 c/p.

Although normally listed at 17 - 19km/h, this time we‘ll aim at an average of 15 - 17km/h. And we‘ll ride the route anti-clockwise to avoid peakhour traffic through Gladesville and Hunters Hill. We‘ll miss Leichhard, and have coffee elsewhere.

GOOD TRIANING FOR BOWRAL!!!!! Ride with scenic bush views climbing Bobbin Head north side and undulations along the Old Pacific Highway and on to the Hawkesbury River at the town of Brooklyn. Return with climbs to Pie in the Sky and through Bobbin Head south side. Route includes bail-

Accesses Balmain via Fig Tree Bridge, Gladesville Bridge & Birkenhead Point. Explores some of the historic heritage of Balmain whilst also taking advantage of some unexpected viewing points. We return via Callan Park, Anzac Bridge, Jacksons Landing, B
Entrance to Rosella Park, opposite intersection of Harris and Brisbane Streets, Harris Park
We start from Harris Park and make our way to Oatley Park via Mirambeena parklands. This is a nice big loop with a good tour of Oatley Park as the prime feature.

Milsons Point Station, Alfred St side.
A ride from Milsons Pt over the Harbour bridge through the city to Cooks River and then on the shared paths to Brighton then Woolooware where we turn around and cylce back to Wolli Creekand
Hornsby Park, northern end, opposite Council Chambers
Ride on undulating terrain to and across the Hawkesbury River with two good descents and climbs. Coffee stop at Pie in the Sky. Experience with fast moving traffic is required.

Ride the Rail Trail and the PVC to Liverpool and return with the all important coffee stop included.

Ride towards Leichhardt, around Iron Cove for coffee at the Italian Forum in Norton St. Return to Meadowbank via Five Dock & Concord.

A Slice of Banana Pie (extended to Hawkesbury bridge, optional) means you can have your pie and eat it at Pie in the Sky after a spin up the highway, then burn it off climbing out of Bobbin Head, the sensible side.

Ride from Sydney Harbour, along the Cooks River and Botany Bay over Captain Cook‘s bridge to Kurnell, with an optional visit to Cronulla. Different way back via the Airport.

Ride to some of Sydney’s iconic Eastern Suburbs beaches and be challenged by many short sharp hills.

Loop ride through lower North Shore suburbs utilising Gore Hill, Shrimptons Creek and Gore Hill cycle paths. River and bush views through Lane Cove River National Park.

Cycle to the sea starting at Turramurra, via McCarrs Ck Rd, Mona Vale then Manly. Ferry to Circular Quay and train to Turramurra.

Hard hilly ride through Bobbin Head, Berowra Waters, Arcadia and Galston Gorge, all climbed in the opposite direction to the clasic Three Gorges ride.
Epping Station, east side.
Starting from our meeting spot at the eastern side of Epping Station. We will head west to Carlingford using quiet backstreets. At Carlingford, we join the shared path and ride 5.5km down hill, over the tram bridge and on to Parramatta Park. Optional laps of the park. Coffee at the ferry wharf. Using George Street to leave Parramatta, link up with the light rail path back to UWS. Then join PVC shared path back to Meadowbank. End at Meadowbank station to catch the train back to Epping.
