Ride with scenic bush views climbing Bobbin Head north side and undulations along the Old Pacific Highway and on to the Hawkesbury River at the town of Brooklyn. Return with climbs to Pie in the Sky and through Bobbin Head south side. Route includes bail-
Fairmount Circuit, Glenwood
Ride the full length of the M7 cycleway. This is an out and back route with a surprising number of climbs, though nothing steep.
Meadowbank Wharf, end of Bowden St, Meadowbank
Ride over Gladesville Br around Iron Cove to a cafe in Norton St Leichhardt. Return via Five Dock & Concord.

Cycling through CBD and inner south-western suburbs of Canberra, on shared user paths, cycleways and local streets.

Heads south 7km past CBD to Lake Burley Griffin. Loops the lake clockwise for 34km, then 7km back to Downer on different paths.

Off-road cycle route from Meadowbank to Marrickville, with a number of on-road sections that join the cycleway sections. We ride to Olympic Park then to South Strathfield then join the Cooks River Cycleway to Marrickville for coffee. Return via Dulwich Hill, Hawthorne Canal, Five Dock and Concord.

Arc around Lake Ginninderra and up to new-ish Gungahlin suburbs and Yerrabi Pond. on shared paths. Into farmland and bush, stopping at Sutton. South through bush and farmland then west into city and ANU

Ride along the PVC to university, then up to join path aside light rail to Carlingford. Returning down this path, continue over the PVC and river to Rosehill. Head south to return via M4 c/p.

Scenic loop to Greenwich then skirting the harbour to Kirribilli via harbour lookouts, reserves, historical sites and aboriginal carvings. Lots of hills, a few short steep descents. Quieter suburban streets, 250 metres of unsealed surface.

Ride along the Parramatta Valley Cycleway, over Silverwater bridge to Sydney Olympic Park, then on to Concord for coffee. Return via Brays Park and the John Whitton bridge.
Victoria Cross Metro Station, Miller Street (south) exit
A stunning ferry ride with a view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Meander through historic Balmain & Birchgrove. Follow the Bay Run through to Concord. Explore multicultural Burwood & Ashfield with its vibrant Vietnamese & Chinese community. Follow the Inner West railway through suburbs with cafes & pubs on every corner. Transit through the CBD before cycling back over the Bridge.
