Off-road cycle route from Meadowbank to Marrickville, with a number of on-road sections that join the cycleway sections. We ride to Olympic Park then to S Strathfield then join the Cooks R. Cycleway to Marrickville for coffee

Atarmon to Lane Cove Park and Bicentennial park, looping back through harbour bridge back to Atarmon.

Ride mostly through scenic bush areas on roads with lower traffic. Practise your descending and climbing going both ways through Bobbin Head, and Berowra Ferry east side.

Ride along the PVC to university, then up to join path aside light rail to Carlingford. Returning down this path, continue over the PVC and river to Rosehill. Head south to return via M4 c/p.

Ride via Cooks River c/p, to Marrickville, then Hawthorne Canal c/w stopping for coffee at Concord.

Medium ride via Olympic Park then the full length of the Cooks River Cycleway and via the shores of Botany Bay to Brighton. Return via Greenway, Hawthorne Cahal, Five Dock and Concord.
