Ride the length of the M7 cycleway. This is an out and back route with a number of short climbs, though nothing steep.

Medium ride via Olympic Park, to Strathfield then the full length of the Cooks River Cycleway to the shores of Botany Bay. Return the same way.

From St Leonards Station use 3km of cycleway into Lane Cove Village. Cross Figtree and Tarban Creek bridges into Hunters Hill. Ferry crossing from Woolwich Wharf to Greenwich Wharf. Finish back at St Leonards Station. Limit of 7 riders due to Ferry crossing.
