PLEASE NOTE: 8am start. E-bike batteries should be 100% fully charged.
Head west along the PVC, the M4 cycleway and then the Liverpool Rail Trail. Turn off at Canley Vale to visit the picturesque lakes of Mirambeena Regional Park at Lansdowne. Either take a coffee break at Canley Vale and return the same way or head on for a coffee break at Liverpool Plaza before returning on the Liverpool Rail Trail and M4 Cycleway.
The route is largely on cycle paths, some on road cycleways and quiet back streets. Some busy streets for a short distance upon entering Liverpool. The terrain is generally flat with occasional small rises.
In summer the ride can be hot. Riders should bring plenty of water (2 bottles) and perhaps food for sustenance enroute. Ride may be shortened if conditions too hot.

All riders must wear an approved helmet and carry water, at least one spare tube plus a pump.

Riders must not attend if sick, have Covid-19, influenza or symptoms of any communicable disease.
Social media
While on Bike North rides and activities, you may be photographed or videoed. Photographs and videos
may be used by Bike North for social media or promotional purposes. If participants do not wish to be
included in social media, they should make it known at the beginning of the activity or as soon as possible
and other participants must respect their wishes.
