This is an out-and-back, any-day, all-weather, light-traffic fitness ride. The first and last 6km have easy grades and slower pace. Extra effort is required to climb the hills in the middle section particularly in Lane Cove Park where three optional hills are included for extra training fun.
Ride will be run at a steady pace.
The ride back through Lane Cove National Park will be at your own pace, and we will regroup before heading off to coffee at Zig Zag Cafe in Marsfield
If you have time, then an optional coffee stop is at the end of the ride at Eastwood
