Ride on the M7 cycleway to Spaghetti Junction (M7/M4 junction). The hills are small, but plentiful. Ride more continuously than usual, since there are no traffic lights or intersections. Do a bit of discovering of the Nurragingy Reserve. Stop on the way back for coffee at tnb cafe, Rooty Hill. Toilets at the start of the ride, at Nurragingy Reserve and tnb cafe.
About 41 km rather than the usual 45km as we won't go all the way to Spaghetti Junction and the "bubbler"
