After taking note of new start location in Epping - we ride the quiet back streets heading West to Carlingford. At Carlingford Station ride the shared path 5.5km downhill to the UWS exit. Drop down to the PVC and continue west to Parramatta Park for optional laps. Coffee nearby. Using George Street, leave Parramatta City to link up with the light rail path back to UWS. Then join PVC to ride east to Meadowbank Wharf. Ride up to Meadowbank station to catch the train back to Epping.
