Starting at Meadowbank we make our way through Olympic Park and Clyde Railway Station, then via the Duck River cycling path to Auburn Botanic Gardens.
We'll have an extended stay at the Gardens (will the Flowering Cherry trees still be in blossum?, giving time to say Hello to the Mr Wombat and the other animals, and perhaps visit the aviary on the other side of the road..
Instead of coffee in Berala we'll push on to Rookwood Cemetery and take the Southern route to have coffee at the Cemetery Cafe after pausing to investigate some of the graves.
We return to Meadowbank Wharf via Strathfield and Olympic Park.
