Lovely bush roads and water views. This ride has technical descents and a couple of long climbs and so requires a good level of fitness. It is helpful for people wanting to stretch themselves.
Starts at Terrey Hills, goes via Akuna bay to West Head and then back via Akuna Bay for coffee. A hilly ride at a moderate pace.
Take the hills at your own pace; I’ve rarely averaged more than 20kph. We will have numerous re-group points to help cater for a range of speeds. I strongly recommend bringing two water bottles.
We will start riding with 5 mins relatively easy warm-up.
We hope to have a couple of Pino tandems join us, TBC.
