Start at Meadowbank. We ride beside the Parramatta River then through Parramatta Park where we stop for a toilet stop. We then go past Westmead Hospital to Constitution Hill and then to Toongabbie Cycling Path to Pemulwuy for coffee. After coffee we find our way to Prospect Creek to Fairfield and return on the Liverpool Rail Trail to the M4 and find our way to Newington and enter Olympic Park past the Olympic Stadium where we will break for a toilet stop. We then roll around via Rhodes to Meadowbank
This ride is mostly on cycle paths and in light traffic zones. Riders should ensure that they have multiple spare tubes in case they have a puncture as glass is unfortunately common on these paths.
Riders should also ensure that they have plenty of water and food as shops are not immediately accessible on the route.
