Coffee usually at North Head followed by an inland excursion to Manly Dam. Return via Manly Vale, Balgowlah, Spit and back streets of Cremorne and Cammeray. Stops primarily at scenic viewing points, minimal regrouping. The ride includes several short steep hills with gradients 6 to 8%.
